Product Overview
The Danfoss 060G5550 is a high-pressure MBS 3050 transmitter developed for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic applications. Its complete specification key is MBS 3050-CA3C-E3BD10-3.
This model measures sealed-gauge pressure from 0 to 350 bar and provides a 0.5–4.5 V voltage output. It combines an M12 * 1 electrical connector, 9/16–18 UNF process connection, integrated pulse snubber and IP67 enclosure protection.
The integrated pulse snubber helps protect the sensing element against pressure peaks, cavitation and liquid hammer, making this transmitter suitable for severe hydraulic operating environments.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes
The 060G5550 is a voltage-output transmitter and must not be connected as a replacement for a two-wire 4–20 mA transmitter without checking the controller input and wiring. Verify that the control system accepts a 0.5–4.5 V signal.
The 9/16–18 UNF process connection is not interchangeable with G 1/4 or 1/4–18 NPT connections. Confirm the process-port thread, sealing method and pressure rating before installation.
Do not insert wires, drills or cleaning tools into the pressure passage. Doing so can damage the integrated pulse snubber or alter the transmitter response.
